Leipzig Day Trip

A short 57 minute train ride can get you from Dresden to Leipzig. It was a pretty nice little city. A bunch of beautiful architecture. I went in totally blind knowing absolutely nothing. There wasn't much to do so I jumped into a random museum which ended up being about the history of Leipzig from Martin Luther posting his Theses and how that affected Leipzig as a center for books and printing to the modern day, making it to 2015, the 1000th anniversary of the city of Leipzig. A really interesting museum. Bach also was big in Leipzig and is buried in one of the churches in front of the altar.
